Sell and run blended learning programs as one product, stage by stage.
Sell online theory, live workshops, classroom days and assessments as one program. Blend‑ed opens each stage when the learner is ready, counts the hours and issues the certificate.

Each stage, in its own format.
Combine self‑paced, live online, classroom and hybrid stages in one program, with assessments wherever you need them. Add as many stages as your qualification has, in the order it sets.

Self-paced
Self-paced courses and reading
Online theory, pre-work and reading, taken at the learner’s own pace. Build them with AI from your manuals and slides, and sell them on their own too.
Live online
Live online workshops
Workshops with a trainer, joined inside Blend‑ed. Run a single workshop, or a series of them that learners attend in full.
Classroom
Classroom days
Practical days at your venues, with a trainer, a room and a seat limit for each date. One day or several, booked as one.
Hybrid
Hybrid dates
Seats in the room and online on the same date, with a limit for each. The same session can also run in a room on one date and online on the next.
Assessment
Exams and assessments
Quizzes, timed exams, written work and practical assessments, at the points your qualification sets. Learners can also hand in documents and photos from their job.
Required or optional: an optional stage, such as extra reading, never holds learners back.
Inside one course: a live session or a classroom day between two modules, when you don’t need a whole program.
For one company: a private batch of the program, on dates reserved for the client. Corporate and closed cohorts →
For renewal: a short refresher program that renews the certificate, counting new work only. Continuing education and recertification →
Sell the whole program at one price.
Learners enroll once and get every stage, from the online theory to the classroom practical.
One product: one price and one checkout, on your storefront or your own website.
Plans: with or without the exam and certificate, each at its own price.
Intakes: dated batches, such as October and January, each with its own dates and deadlines, or always open.
Company seats: a client buys seats on a batch and assigns them later.
Credit for courses already passed: no repeats, and a course in two places is bought once.

Open each stage when the learner is ready.
Give each stage one of three unlock rules:
Open from the start.
After the stage before.
After a minimum score, such as 70% on the readiness quiz.
A locked course can’t be opened, and a locked date can’t be booked by the learner or their employer. Your staff can still book someone in, with the override recorded.
Each learner sees what’s done, what’s open, and what’s locked and why.

Who is ready for the classroom. Before each live or classroom stage, the readiness view sorts the batch: ready and booked, ready but not booked, and not ready yet.
Anyone not booked by your deadline is flagged to your team, and whoever books for them is reminded.
“
As you progress down that journey, once you’ve completed the online components, you then can book a space on the face-to-face training. Once you’ve done that, you … complete all the sections to be able to get your certificate.

Keep the evidence your awarding body asks for.
Learning hours
Contact hours from live online and classroom attendance are added to each learner’s time on the platform.
Live online attendance comes from the meeting report.
Classroom attendance comes from QR check-in and the register, day by day.
A learner short of the minimum books a make-up date.
Every record keeps its source, and every correction its reason.
Marking and verification
Online exams, graded automatically, from the readiness quiz to a timed final exam.
Written work, marked by an assessor against your rubric, with feedback.
Practicals, marked by the trainer on the day and signed off as a pass or a fail.
Internal verification: a verifier approves the results or returns them to the assessor.
Appeals: your team rescores, overrides the grade or allows another attempt.
Every submission, mark and decision stays on the learner’s record, ready to export.

Certify when the program is complete.
Choose what finishes the program:
Every required stage
A set number of its courses
A session attended
A number of learning hours
A number of CE credits
When the rule is met, Blend‑ed issues the program certificate, with its number and expiry date.
Change the program later, and learners part-way through get the new stages at no extra charge. Learners who finished keep their certificate.
